The Sales Summit meetings take place regularly on the 2nd Wednesday each month. In April we focused our conversation specifically on GOAL SETTING and the importance of doing so. The top 5% of producers are also "goal setters". That translates into Goal Achievers which can be a huge differentiator in your organization.

About Randy:
Throughout his professional career Randy Wheeler has helped individuals and teams work toward reaching their goals and developing as leaders where they are both in sport and professional settings. He has a Masters in Organizational Leadership which he uses in combination with being an independently certified speaker, trainer, coach and Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team to help individuals develop their personal and professional leadership skills in a way that will improve their focus, effectiveness, and increase their influence.
He works with organizations of all sizes to help develop leaders through one-on-one coaching, group training, speaking, assessing behavior, and facilitation of The John Maxwell Team Leadership Game. He seeks to inspire future leaders through the John Maxwell Team Youth Max leadership development program. Randy lives in Fishers, Indiana with his wife and three sons.

This forum will provide an opportunity for professional development within the Greater Colerain area and allow for networking with other sales professionals & leaders in a format that is collaborative in nature. A different topic will be discussed each month and open participation is expected from each participant. This format also serves to nurture sales people new to the professional by connecting them with more experienced sales people.
