This Zoom conference call/web meeting continues to provide current information on the challenges and solutions available for chamber members during these trying times. This week's guests will be Psychologist Dr. Jerome Gabis and Chaplain Chris Lape from the Spiritual Care Services at Mercy Health West & Fairfield Hospitals. They will be presenting on the topic of well-being and healthy choices during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During these challenging times, working from home and all that goes with taking care of ourselves, oftentimes lends itself to forgetting to watch what we eat, exercise regularly and make good healthy choices. Stress associated with managing work, potentially kids at home, and the financial issues of running a business and/or household can build up. In the second part of this two-week series, we'll be looking at mental health challenges & remedies that will allow you and your staff members to lead a more well rounded lifestyle.
As we have done in the previous sessions, we will give each attendee the opportunity to share more about their business and a brief update on them. This networking event will be conducted remotely with easy access from your phone or computer; detailed log-in information is listed to the right of this message. Moderated by Colerain Chamber of Commerce President Dave Moravec.
