About Laurie:
Hello! I am an author, psychotherapist and entrepreneur who is passionate about teaching people how to cope more effectively with life's varied challenges. I love to find innovative and fun ways to learn more about our mental health and more specifically how we cope with it. I've learned that I can cope with tough things effectively, and my goal is to help you learn how you can do the same.
