And a big part of that is based on your generation.\n\n\n\n"Generations" are defined by shared cultural events and trends that shape how individuals see the world. Not every generation "sees" the world in the same way\, and this significantly affects purchase decisions.\n\n\n\nOur expert presenters will discuss how defining moments impacted the millennial generation's reality\, as well as what shaped prior generations. They will identify the key triggers for today's millennial shoppers\, and how those triggers help convert them into buyers. \n\n\n\nUnderstanding millennial buying triggers is important for both BTC (business to consumer) and BTB (business to business) owners and managers\, since millennials are now our nation's largest generation.\n\n\n\nWe are lucky to host two expert presenters from the Deskey agency\, a nationally recognized leader in branding\, design\, and advertising:\n\n\n\nAmanda Matusak - Vice President - has redefined the role of strategy in Deskey's approach to design\, with her knowledge of how emotion and logic affect buying decisions. Some of her clients are Crest\, Target\, Johnson & Johnson\, and Intuit.\n\n\n\nJosh Wolfer - Brand Strategist - has provided strategic insights via his analytic expertise to help clients understand their consumers' reality\, working with brands such as Whirlpool\, Walmart\, and Abbott Nutrition.\n\n\n\nIn addition to millennial learning\, attendees on March 27 will enjoy a delicious hot lunch\, sponsored by our host\, Willow Event Center.
