DESCRIPTION:The Emerging Leaders of Colerain are hosting this educational event designed to help workplace communication and conflict resolution. All Colerain Chamber members and guests are welcome to register and attend. The program will address personality types\, work styles and improved communication between boss & employee\, employees themselves as well as communication with customers.\n\n\n\nDiSC  is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork\, communication\, and productivity in the workplace.\n\n\n\nOur host and facilitator will be Jim Diebold\, local owner of Focal Point Coaching. A continental breakfast will be provided for this free event. This is an opportunity for you to also network with other young professionals\, share your challenges and build relationship across the community.
