SUMMARY:CHAMBER WOMEN'S NETWORKING GROUP
DESCRIPTION:This popular group meets for lunch on the second Tuesday of each month!\n\n\n\nCome join us - We're sharing our experiences and talking about topics that affect working women.\n\n\n\nOur lunch conversations may include topics like personal branding\, work/life balance\, letting go of perfectionism\, making your words count\, and asking for what you want. \n\n\n\nPlease RSVP to the Colerain Chamber by Monday May 10th so we know you're joining our lunch-in.\n\n\n\nNew Chamber Members are always welcome\, so come on over and join us! Prospective new members may attend lunch once as a guest before joining the Chamber.\n\n \nThis month we will have guest speaker Lynn Migliara\, Director of Development at Girl Scouts of Western Ohio\, where she works as part of a team to support more than 33\,000 Girl Scouts and 10\,000 volunteers to build girls of courage\, confidence and character who make the world a better place. Her career has spanned marketing\, music and fundraising. As a former partner in a business-to-business marketing firm\, Lynn worked with national brands and technology companies to develop brand identities and message strategies\, and served as a writer\, public relations executive\, and strategy consultant.\n\nLynn had a second career as a licensed music educator\, and she taught early childhood music for a nationally recognized Kindermusik studio. While teaching Kindermusik she became inspired by the work of music therapists\, and she translated that passion into growing a small music therapy nonprofit arts organization. It was there that she caught the fundraising bug\, and moved on to her current position at Girl Scouts\, where she is passionate about supporting women in leadership.\n\nLynn holds a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill\, an Associate of Arts in Music from Thomas More College\, and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from Northern Kentucky University. In 2019\, Lynn received her CFRE accreditation as a Certified Fund Raising Executive through CFRE International. Lynn lives in Anderson township with two teenagers\, two cats\, and two reptiles a leopard gecko and a bearded dragon named Mango.
