Rick has served as a Colerain Chamber board member and is the current Board Vice Chair.  As a partner with Dinsmore and Shohl LLP Rick represents clients in resolving business disputes.  His practice focuses on insurance coverage issues and complex commercial litigation, including private equity matters.  With over two decades of experience his work involves detailed analysis of business data, including accounting, marketing issues, and profitability levels.  He will focus on how AI has applied in his legal work. 


Craig, Partner with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, specializes in U.S. and international patent preparation and prosecution, as well as client counseling for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, universities, startups, and individual innovators. He has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications across various technologies, such as electrical, computer, software, and mechanical fields. His technical expertise includes control systems, embedded systems, wireless communication, internet technologies, computer networking, robotics, navigation systems, speech recognition, image processing, electronic circuits, automotive, material processing, optical systems, and illumination systems. Craig also advises clients on navigating others' intellectual property when launching new products, including strategies to design around existing patents.



Pete Pepiton is the eDiscovery Director at Dinsmore & Shohl, where he manages the litigation support department and oversees the firm's eDiscovery initiatives. He also serves as an internal consultant on collection and culling methodologies and designing review protocols. Before joining Dinsmore, Pete was an Associate General Counsel at Mimecast North America and the eDiscovery Solutions Director at CA. With 20 years of experience, he is an industry expert in Information Governance and eDiscovery, specializing in managing complex litigation, developing software, and delivering professional services to Fortune 2000 companies. Pete has dedicated much of his career to improving how lawyers use technology for greater efficiency and better litigation outcomes.
