Randy Wheeler, owner of Wheeler Coaching, helps individuals and teams develop their leadership, improve communication, and strengthen their teams. He has a Masters in Organizational Leadership, is a Maxwell Leadership Certified DISC Consultant, and a certified Working Genius Facilitator. He uses this knowledge in combination with the resources he has access to as an Executive Program Leader with Maxwell Leadership to help individuals and teams develop their leadership and communication skills in a way that will help improve their focus and effectiveness, improving their results. He works with businesses of all sizes to help develop leaders through one-on-one coaching, group training, speaking, The Maxwell Leadership Game, and behavior assessments. The upcoming June 12th Leadership Summit will be very special. Business and Leadership coach, Randy Wheeler will be providing those in attendance with a FREE presentation of John C. Maxwell's talk on High Road Leadership which comes from his recently published book of the same name. Randy will be sharing and giving us an opportunity to think into John's talk on the difference between High, Middle and Low Road Leaders as well as the practice of High Road Leaders.
