Mr. Hordes will share information about the new overtime law taking effect Dec. 1, 2016, and the various options available to employers. He will also address current guidelines regarding hourly vs. salaried employees. Adjunct Professor in Industrial Relations, and a frequent presenter about many aspects of employment law.
